Undo reaches back over many steps in this session. Quitting the app clears the history.
Find Undo
On Set Lists (or in an open set list), tap Undo in the top bar. 
Redo sits beside it.
History list
Newest steps at the top. Undo to here jumps to a point; Undo last takes one step.
Undo all
Asks once, then clears the stack. Redo remains until you make a new edit.
