Use this section to look up navigation bar items, filters and context menu actions.

Find below all functions available in the app. This includes filters and sorting options that are available through the respective icons, as well as the extensive context menus in the Fantom Set List Buddy screens.

Empty	Show empty slots
Edited	Only lists you changed
Undo	Multi-step history for this session
Redo	Multi-step redo
Details	Project line and Songs · Cues · Sets counts
Lock	Blocks drag reorder only
Bands	All or one project on Set Lists
Select	Check several set lists
More	Set list context menu (or press and hold)

USB Stick

Action	What It Does
"New Setlist…" /  New	Create into a slot
"Import from Fantom USB Stick…"	Copy a stick backup into the app
"Import from Folder…"	Copy a non-USB backup folder
"Export to Fantom USB Stick…"	Write a Restore folder on the stick
"Export to Folder…"	Write a Restore folder to Files / disk
"View Original"	Read-only imported set lists
Help	Open this Handbook
Settings	Folders, cues, share defaults, Reset…

Set Lists Context Menu

Action	What It Does
Edit	Open the set list editor
Select / Unselect ( Select)	Enter or leave multi-select
"Share…" /  Share	System share sheet with text preview
Rename	Change the set list name (max 32 characters, as the Fantom only allows that)
"New Setlist…"	Create (empty slots: only this)
"Copy to slot…"	Duplicate into another slot
"Swap with setlist…"	Exchange two occupied slots
"Clear scenes…"	Remove all songs; keep the slot
Delete	Remove the set list

Edit a Set List — Toolbar

Action	What It Does
Share	Same as set list "Share…"
Undo /  Redo	Session history
Lock	Drag on/off only
Details	Bank/patch brackets on songs
Filter for…	Filter songs in the open set list
◆← / ◆→	Jump markers
Add /  Remove	Move scenes between picker and set list
Handle	Show or hide Scenes / Songs panes
More	Song context menu (or press and hold)

Songs Tab — Toolbar

Control	What It Does
New	Add a song with one or more scenes
Filter	Filter for… on the Songs list
Sort A↔Z	Alphabetical order (tap to reverse)
Details	Show or hide scene lines under each song
Load	Load a songs .json file from Files
Share	Save songs to a portable .json file
More	Song row actions on the Songs tab

Bands Tab — Toolbar

Control	What It Does
New	Add a band / Name contains rule
Sort A↔Z	Alphabetical order by band name (tap to reverse)
Load	Load a bands file from Files
Share	Save bands to a portable file

Edit a Set List Context Menu

Action	What It Does
Select	Check this song
Cut / Copy / Paste…	Clipboard relative to this song
"Show Clipboard…"	Preview cut/copied songs
"Info…"	Tones, memo, set lists
"Swap Scene…"	Replace this scene
"Swap Marked Block…"	Exchange a marked block
"Swap Sets…"	Exchange two automated sets
"Select Scene by Number…"	Jump by A1 / D123
Marker add/change/remove	◆ labels
Remove ( Remove)	Take song(s) out of the set list

Scenes Context Menu

Action	What It Does
Select	Check this scene
"Info…"	Scene details
Add to current setlist	Append into the open list
"Append to other setlists…"	Add into several lists
More	Scene / picker context menu (or press and hold)
