Import, Export, View original, Help, and Settings live here.

The Menu item in the navigation bar holds Import, Export, View original, Discard, Help…, and Settings. On iOS, open Settings from  Settings on the Menu header; on Android, use the Settings… row.

"Help…" opens this Handbook. You can also reach Help pages from Settings → About.
