Welcome to Floert. By downloading or using a Floert mobile application (“App”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the App
- Floert Heartbeater, Fantom Set List Buddy (Roland Fantom set list editor), and all our other products are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
- You agree not to misuse the Apps, including attempting to interfere with their normal operation, reverse engineer them, or use them in a way that violates applicable laws.
2. User Content
- If you submit content (such as feedback or messages), you retain ownership of your content but grant Floert a limited license to use it for providing and improving the App.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not violate the rights of others or applicable law.
3. Advertisements
- Some Floert Apps may display advertisements using Google AdMob.
- By using those Apps, you acknowledge that advertising content is provided by third parties and may be personalized based on your device settings.
- Fantom Set List Buddy does not display advertisements.
4. No Warranties
- The Apps are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the App will always meet your needs.
5. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floert is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
7. Changes to the Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
- Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
