Floert (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates Floert mobile applications (“the App”), including Heartbeater and Fantom Set List Buddy. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
User-Provided Information: When you use the App, you may choose to provide information such as feedback or support requests.
Device Information: We may collect non-personal data such as device type, operating system version, and app version.
Identifiers: Some Floert Apps may collect your device’s Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to serve relevant ads. Fantom Set List Buddy does not use advertising identifiers.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymized data about how the App is used (screens visited, features interacted with) to improve performance, where such analytics are enabled for that App.
Crash Reports: If the App crashes, diagnostic information may be sent to help us fix the problem (via the platform’s crash reporting, where enabled).
Fantom Set List Buddy: Core editing runs on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not upload your backups, set lists, or scene data to servers operated by us. See also the app-specific note in Privacy (app).
2. How We Use Information
We may use the information collected to:
- Provide, maintain and improve the App’s functionality.
- Personalize advertising and measure ad performance (where ads are used).
- Analyze trends, monitor usage, and improve reliability.
- Communicate with you if you contact us for support.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information as required by law or for legal process.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale, your information may be transferred.
3. Advertising and Third Parties
Some Floert Apps might use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect data such as your device’s Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

On iOS, you can disable personalized ads or reset your advertising identifier by going to Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared with service providers strictly for analytics, advertising, and crash reporting where those features are used.
Fantom Set List Buddy does not include AdMob or advertising SDKs.
4. Data Retention
- Usage data and analytics: retained for up to 12 months unless longer retention is required to comply with law or for legitimate business purposes.
- Crash and performance data retained as necessary to address issues.
- Advertising-related identifiers retained as required by AdMob policies (where ads are used).
5. Data Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children’s Privacy
Heartbeater is not directed to children under 17 years of age. Fantom Set List Buddy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:
- Right to access your data, i.e. personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correct inaccurate information.
- Right to delete your data.
- Right to object to or restrict certain processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
8. International Users
If you access the App from outside the United States, please note that your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers are located.
9. Updates and Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.”
